I accompany adoptees and adoptive families on the path to their own story — with honesty, warmth and the experience that only life itself can teach.
On 3 March 1978, I was born in Bangalore, India — and a few months later, adopted to Germany. What looked like a fresh start carried within it an invisible story that was to accompany me throughout my life.
For years, I struggled to say the word "adoption". It sounded foreign. Today I know that my story does not begin with the adoption — it had already begun in the womb.
I live in an Indo-German-French family — this intercultural richness shapes my view of identity and belonging, every single day.
I see in every person an independent, free and valuable individual.
As an adoptee, coach and author, I speak about what many stay silent about: loss, the search, and the deep longing for roots. And what healing can truly look like.

"To be rooted is perhaps the most important and least recognised need of the human soul."
I accompany you in embracing your story — not despite its wounds, but with them.
You sense there is something — a pain without a name, an emptiness that won't be filled.
Here you are safe. Here you are seen. Together we'll go where the answers truly lie.
Then you are in exactly the right place. These are completely natural thoughts and feelings for an adopted person — the invisible traces of adoption that deserve to be named.
Together, we find words for what you have been carrying inside you for so long.
Love alone is not always enough — because it cannot compensate for the pain of loss that your adopted child carries within.
Your adopted child already had a story before the adoption. An origin that doesn't disappear just because it is unknown.
These are completely normal feelings. Your adopted child loves you — and at the same time carries a loss that has nothing to do with you.
I accompany you — authentically, as an adoptee who knows both sides.
Whether you want to enquire about coaching or simply know that now is the right moment — I look forward to hearing from you.
